Shipping Policy
1. Overview
This Shipping Policy describes how orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered, including timelines and procedures for shipments.
2. Shipping Scope and Costs
Shipping is available exclusively within the United Kingdom. All orders are shipped free of charge, with no additional fees applied during checkout.
3. Order Processing
After placing an order, an automatic confirmation email is sent. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 14:00 GMT will be processed on the following business day. Weekends and public holidays are not included in processing times.
4. Estimated Delivery
Once processed, transit usually takes 4–6 days, Monday to Friday. Combining processing and transit, the total estimated timeframe is 5–9 business days. These estimates exclude weekends and public holidays.
5. Shipment Tracking and Confirmation
- Tracking is provided for all orders via tracking access.
- A dispatch confirmation email is sent once the order leaves our facility.
- The email contains tracking information and instructions for monitoring your shipment.
6. Order Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested before processing begins by contacting support@clarkeandbellamy.co.uk. Orders that are already in processing cannot be cancelled and must follow the Return and Refund Policy for returns.
7. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact support@clarkeandbellamy.co.uk and provide:
- Order reference number,
- Brief description of the issue,
- Images showing the condition or discrepancy of the item.
Validated cases will be addressed with a replacement or refund in line with applicable regulations.
8. Delivery Delays
Deliveries may be affected by high order volumes, holidays, weather conditions, or courier disruptions. Transit could take up to three additional business days beyond the estimated timeframe.
