Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Return and Refund Policy outlines the process for returns, exchanges, and refunds. It complements our Terms of Service. Consumer rights under applicable law, particularly for defective, damaged, or misdescribed items, remain unaffected.

2. Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

3. Eligibility Criteria
Items qualify for return or exchange if they:

  • Have not been used and are in the condition received.
  • Include all original components and packaging.
  • Show no signs of wear, use, or washing.

4. Items Not Eligible
Returns or exchanges are not accepted if:

  • Items fail to meet the required conditions.
  • Damage results from improper use or handling.
  • Requests are submitted without prior approval.

5. Initiating a Return or Exchange
Contact support@clarkeandbellamy.co.uk within 30 days of delivery. Provide the order reference, item details, reason for return or exchange, and supporting images. Requests without prior approval will not be processed.

6. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact support@clarkeandbellamy.co.uk and provide:

  • Order reference number,
  • Brief description of the issue,
  • Images showing the condition or discrepancy of the item.

Validated cases will be addressed with a replacement or refund in line with applicable regulations.

7. Return Shipping

  • Return instructions and the return address are provided upon approval.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the store for incorrect or damaged items.
  • For other approved returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • No restocking fees apply.

8. Refund Processing
Returned items are inspected upon receipt. You will be notified if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days of approval, subject to the payment provider’s processing time.

9. Exchanges
Exchanges are processed after the returned item is received and verified. Availability of the requested item will affect the completion of the exchange. If unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

10. Order Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested before processing begins by contacting support@clarkeandbellamy.co.uk. Orders that are already in processing cannot be cancelled and must follow the return procedure outlined above.

11. Misuse and Fraud
We reserve the right to deny returns, exchanges, or refunds in cases of suspected abuse, repeated misuse, or fraudulent activity.
